Iggesund Paperboard 2019 Holiday Card

Every year, Iggesund Paperboard selects a paper artist from around the world to design their annual holiday card; past artists include Peter Dahmen and Kevin Chen. This year, Structural Graphics was fortunate enough to have been selected. Structural Graphics' very own Creative Director, Erik Hluchan, and Art Director, Erin Fudge Smith, tell the story behind this year's shadow box design that shines a light on greater forest sustainability.

Invercote Creato 18 pt. was an excellent choice for this project because of its durability, it takes a good crease, it also prints and laser cuts well, so it fit every aspect needed to achieve this design. 

See how we combined dimensional print with technology to display an ambient light that mimics that of the aurora borealis.
