Joseph Migliaccio

With a B.S. in Business Administration, University of New Haven, and an MBA with a concentration in Finance, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Hartford, Joe started working with Structural Graphics as a freelancer in Accounts Payable in 2004. It was a role which quickly became a full-time position. Today he not only serves as Director of Accounts Receivable, but also manages IP, IT (U.S. and Mexico), Operations and is Director of Maintenance and Facilities for corporate headquarters.

Out-going and personable, Joe enjoys building relationships and he is very good at it. He has a keen eye for identifying those areas that need improvement; for sourcing the most effective solutions and then implementing them to completion. Joe is our go-to-guy, a jack-of-all-trades who masters them all.

Born in the Bronx yet somehow a Mets fan, Joe moved to CT in 1987 to work at Pfizer, where he met his beautiful wife Julie. Today, their daughter Leah is attending college in Wisconsin. He has a son Nicholas, who lives in Atlanta with his fiancée Alesha, and a daughter Lauren who also lives in Atlanta with her husband Adam and their son Rivers, Joe’s first grandson.

Joe enjoys live music shows and he dabbles with guitars a bit himself. He and Julie love to travel, boat and ride on their Road Glide®. They are big dog lovers - literally –currently caring for a Berner and a Pyr. He’s never turned down a great meal and has been known to appreciate a little vino once in a while.
